Hi,
A few days ago, my Galaxy S9 updated to Android v9 from Android v8. Since then whenever someone calls on my phone, my Versa displays the word "Phone" instead of the name. Has anyone run into this? It was working fine before the update. I'm wondering if the App just needs to be updated.

Hi, it's always a good thing to have the latest Fitbit app on you mobile device. So, if there is an update, install it and see if that solves your issue. If that does not work, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Hope this helps.

@ch98 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa doesn't display the name of the caller when receiving a call. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the tips that shared @SunsetRunner.
As a side note, if the Fitbit app is up to date, try turning off the call notifications, restart your phone and turn on the call notifications again and see if the issue gets fixed.

As a side note, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, turn off the notifications, restart your phone and turn on the call notifications again and monitor the future calls to see if the issue gets fixed.

@RoseGoldMoney I'm sorry for the late response. Since your Versa is also experiencing the same issue and not showing the name of the caller, please follow the troubleshooting steps that I shared in my previous post.
Also, please follow the tips and troubleshooting steps described in this help page. Finally, monitor the notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.

Did not fix the issue. Versa 2 still displays Phone instead of caller id.

Hi @GK90, thank you for joining us in this thread. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa shows "Phone" instead of "Caller ID".
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, turn off the notifications and turn them back on. Finally, monitor your watch and see if your watch shows the "Caller ID" properly.

Just got my new versa 2 , done all the phone, watch and firmware updates and restarts as described. Turned on and off permissions, notifications etc. Still does not show caller id, just phone. Samsung note 8
