My Versa is telling me it’s 2012 and I can’t work out how to change it to 2018?
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
It should correct when it syncs to your phone. Try restarting it several times and then sync again. Let us know if that works

My mom had a similar issue with her Ace....it was showing the time and date as Sunday last week! One quick restart and a sync to my phone later, and it's working as it should. I suggest you do the same.

@MidSpring Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not displaying the correct year. I would like to follow up on this and would like to know if the issue persists or if it's showing the correct information after following the great troubleshooting steps that shared my friends @NellyG and @DramaQueenDiva.
Looking forward to your response! ![]()
