Versa displays Incorrect Time

My Versa does not update to the correct time. It is in the correct time zone but the display is 5 minutes slow.  Syncing does not fix this.

My and my wife's Versa never changes to the correct time when changing time zones. Both devices have Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Location turned on.  I always have to manually reset the time with the app.

@golfgame it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't update the correct time.

 

I'd like you to restart your watch as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, sync your Versa again and see if the time gets updated.

I have not found an answer to this problem, I looked at the Best Answer link thinking that might offer a fix.  That Best Answer does nothing for my problem.  I'm still looking for something that fixes the issue!
