Anyone elses Fitbit Versa conveniently stop working after the new one came out? Mine is displaying the magenta exclamation point with the triangle and yes I have reset, factory reset, and recharged.

By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback.
I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, check out if the exclamation mark disappears.
