I just recently noticed my Fitbit Versa was displaying an exclamation mark but it was charged. I have turned it off numerous times and it's still not working. I just recently did the update and now this...annoyed and afraid my versa is done for 😞 Any thoughts?

Hi @KellyM84 , did you put your Versa in the charger and connected durind the update? This is mandatory for the update to complete succesfully. If youva done that, put your Versa in the charger and connected it to your computer and leave it there for about 2 to 3 hours. After that restart your phone and the Versa and see if this problem is solved. Regards kuzibri

Thank you so much that worked! It almost acts like it's re-downloading the updated I already did? The screen wouldn't come on at all. But I did restart my phone so it's doing the download now. Hopefully that's all it was. Thanks again!
