Hi anyone having issues with the time keeping on the Versa, mine 50 minutes behind and it's also not synching to my phone. I've restarted my phone and turned my Bluetooth on and off do many times I'm blue in the face. Thus is my third Fitbit Versa as the other two wouldn't hold a charge for a day and this is the first one that's given me these issues. I'm sick of it !!.

@Jac68 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not displaying the correct time. By the way, thank you for restarting your phone and Bluetooth before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.
Finally, sync your Versa and see if it shows the correct time.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I'm having the same issue. I've had my Versa for just over a month. It started out 3 hours behind the EST this morning, I thought it was because it needed to be charged. I changed the time zone on my app and then attempted several times to reboot and sync my tracker and phone.
To no avail.
NOW my watch seems to be going backwards. I JUST saw it change from 11:13 to 11:12.
It was 2:23pm at the time that this happened.

I did all that and then I decided to uninstall the app and download a fresh one, still nothing do them I decided to reset the watch back to factory setting and guess what my watch died. It had 93% battery and even leaving it plugged in its charging cradle does nothing, no light on back either. I'm actusact quiet upset as it's fantastic when it works and my sons bought it last year for me for my 50th birthday

I just received my replacement today and already it’s not syncing with the app! Everything on the app is behind and once it syncs the watch is behind as well, loosing all my steps! I have tried everything in the help article, restarting, uninstalling app reinstalling it, bt on/off and still out of sync. It’s upsetting because I had the versa originally for a short time then had to wait a month for the replacement only to experience the same issues. Hopefully it’s something they can fix considering the watch does cost a pretty penny.
