Has anyone’s versa had they’re screen give just colored vertical lines?
over the course of the week my HR monitor stopped working. It changes between screens on its own, and selects workouts and messages.
And today, nothing but vertical lines and no way to get them off or to get to settings to do a factory reset.
Unfortunately, when I talked to customer service Friday my warranty is up.
So I'm goin’ with my versa has died. I’ve only had it for a year. 😞

@Esdawson welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the display issues that your Versa is experiencing. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty.
