Versa does get update

I recently bought versa special edition and the watch has the build 32.33.1.30 which is very old. My wife also has versa, but an update was pushed to her watch last month, but my watch does not get any update on the app.

Hi there @amitgupta10, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties to update your new Versa SE to the latest version, I understand where your concern is coming. Thanks for the details shared in your post, I'll be glad to help you.

Since you have just setup your Versa SE note that the latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup.

Please keep me posted if after the 48 hours you're still not receiving the most recent version of your watch.
