Versa does not hold charge and won't sync

Hello I've had my fitbit versa for 6 months now (leaving out of the return window).  A few weeks ago it started to not be able to sync and I manually had to reconnect bluetooth to my phone to help it sync. It's now been a week that it does not hold charge for more than 4 hours and I already tried reseting it a couple of time without success.  Is there any suggestions as to what I can do to it because I believe it's way too soon to repurchase at it's price.  I was so happy with the device until now.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MZ1991. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with syncing your Fitbit Versa and its battery draining faster than expected. Thank you for letting me know that you've had the device for 6 months. I totally understand how you are feeling as you were happy with the device and would like to continue using it without any issues. I appreciate your efforts and recommend doing the following:

1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face.
2. Please confirm the steps you've tried to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
3. Charge the watch to 100% and use it like normal.

For additional tips to prevent a battery drain, please see this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Keep me posted on the outcome.
