since the last fitbit update, my versa no longer syncs and is now unable to show the correct time. (It has lost 20 minutes today.) I have followed all of the recommended guidance on the community in relation to closing the app and soft resetting the fitbit which occasionally works but this is very tedious as it should just work! I have even done a full fitbit reset which helped for about a day but now the issue is the same and it will not sync. I use an iPhone on iOS 13.6 (latest) and my fitbit is on version 32.70.8.0. Is there a known issue which will be fixed soon or do I need to change to a different smartwatch provider that works?

I am having the same issues and it is so frustrating!! I am almost 30 minutes behind now and is not logging my steps at all. Cant get anyone in the phone. I have tried everything!
