I have had my Fitbit Versa for several weeks now. It worked great at first! Last week it wouldn’t sync with the app for several days, after the app update, but that seems to have been resolved. (I have a Samsung Galaxy S9.) However, it is still not tracking my exercise accurately. It sporadically connects while doing my walks, and ends up missing over a km and a half of the walk. I loved my Fitbit up until last week. And it seems like I am not alone with my frustrations.

Once again, my Versa is not tracking distance accurately. The last time it got resolved by doing a factory reset. I will do that again today, but if it doesn't track accurately on tomorrow's walk then I will have to return my Versa. I shouldn't have to do a factory reset every couple weeks. (I know it's not tracking accurately because it is tracking over a km less than it did on the exact same walk I've done several times now.)
