Synching issues Versa

Is anyone else having synching issues with their Fitbit Versa for the last two-three weeks?

Oh yes...spend some time on these boards - it's littered with dead or dying Versa's. It appears the functional life of a Versa is about 6-8 months before the chaos ensues - dying batteries, synch issues, losing time, etc. I'm pretty sure that's why the Versa2 was introduced (although by the looks of it folks are having issues with it as well). 

 

Call customer service - they will make you go through all the troubleshooting you've probably already done before - hard restarts, blue tooth off/on, factory reset, etc. and then they'll ship you out a refurbished replacement (assuming you're still under warranty). That will probably get you another few months of Versa life.

My Versa is not synching..It's been 6 days now...

I called fitbit customer service and apparently my watch is not compatible
anymore I've had it nearly two years and have never had issues with it
until now when the fitbit tracker became available for and update.
