Earlier factory reset versa after it has not connected since Sunday night hoping this would of resolved the sync/connection issues, but sadly it had not. Just keeps going trouble shooting hints but still can't seem to find versa. 🤔

Hi, your phone is not listed in the by Fitbit supported devices yet, but this does not mean you cannot try to get it working with your phone. See message 2 of this topic I wrote for someone with the same problem: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Pairing-Samsung-G7-to-Versa/td-p/3395720. Hope this helps you too.
