Earlier factory reset versa after it has not connected since Sunday night hoping this would of resolved the sync/connection issues, but sadly it had not. Just keeps going trouble shooting hints but still can't seem to find versa. 🤔

Hi, your phone is not listed in the by Fitbit supported devices yet, but this does not mean you cannot try to get it working with your phone.
