The versa does not track sleep or steps correctly, it has been terrible since last update! I only use it for time and chkn incoming calls, emails, and text.

@MamaJade, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't track sleep or steps. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how your device tracks your sleep. Finally, make sure that your watch is being worn tight and monitor in order to see if it tracks your sleep and steps properly.

Mine has gone crazy with calories it says I’ve burnt almost 5k Cals last 2 days, I’m absolutely 100% positive I haven’t & says over 400 active minutes, also didn’t track sleep last night, it’s only 6 mths old, very frustrating 😩
