My versa 2 screen is unresponsive since it updated on 1-31-2020. I can't swipe up or down to access features. I can swipe left to the apps but the the screen shakes and won't allow me to make selections. It also randomly scrolls through menus like something is touching the screen. Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried restarting it yet? Hold down the left button until you see the screen go off and the Fitbit logo reappear (meaning it's booting back up). Hopefully it will solve what ever weird issue got into your touch screen. Only other option I suppose is a hard reset unless someone else has some other ideas. Although if the screen doesn't work after the hard reset then your kind of stuck as far as setting it back up goes.

Yes I've tried to restart several times. It hasn't worked correctly since I updated it on Feb 1st. How do I do a hard reset?
