Versa does not track sleep, heart rate, exercise and other things even after I sync the app.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
Can you explain the exact symptoms? Is nothing registering on the Versa, no steps, calories, etc? Does it show zeros for all the field or are they blank? Does it show time?

@Truonge4967 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the stats tracking issues that your Versa is experiencing, the information that requested my friend @JohnnyRow will help us to determine the cause of the issue.
In the meantime, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your tracker is not being worn too tight.
Keep us posted! 😀
Best Answerthe only thing it shows is zeros or two lines.

@Truonge4967 Thank you for getting back! Since the restart process didn't fix the issue, I;d like you to try a factory reset.
In order to do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please make sure to sync your Versa before this in order to avoid losing data.
Let me know if this fixes the issue! ![]()
