Versa does not turn on and won't take a charge

The battery was empty and my watch had turned off. At this moment he will nog charges and he no longer turns on. Never had any problems while charging.. Does anybody know what to do?

@DV2109, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community!

 

I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. I would just like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
