Versa does not turn on

My Versa is a year old. Recently it has not been tracking my heart beat and it had begun to turn off suddenly. After charging it last night it was working fine but around midday it turned off. I have tried charging it again, pressing the 3 buttons as others have suggested and also pressing the left button with the bottom right one, but to no avail. The screen is black and it is not syncing with my phone. Anyone have any answers?

Mine did exact same thing. I cannot get it to restart.

I cant seem to get it to turn on.

Mine is doing the same thing. It was 74% charged. Was working fine one minute and shut itself off the next and now I can’t get it to do anything

Mine is fully charged and won’t turn on at all, have tried every suggestion that has been given to me ugh

I can’t find where you can return or get it fixed either.

My headphones w Beats, for example ask for the serial number, tell you if
it’s still under warranty and then posts you an envelope to send it for
repair.

How do we deal w Fitbit?
