Versa doesn´t charge

My versa doesn’t worked for two years and when I put it in the charger it does not respond, what should I do? Please just help me.

When mine did that, I'd press and hold the left and the bottom right buttons at the same time until the logo came up; then just charge and mine was good to go!  Good luck!
