Morning all, I really need some help please! I have a Huawei phone which I know does not connect (boo), my iPad has packed up and the Kindle also doesn't connect. Does anyone just use the dashboard on the internet? If so I need some help to sync and update time etc. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you x

You won't be able sync via the web dashboard at www.fitbit.com - I think there are security issues if a web site were able to run software on a computer so it's prevented.
There is downloadable software called Fitbit Connect that you can use to sync but it's a bit fussy about what bluetooth you have.
If you are running Windows 10 and the PC /laptop has a fairly recent bluetooth then another, easier, option would be to download the fitbit app from the microsoft store. You can sync via this in the same way as you sync via a phone app.
