Versa doesn't hold charge

Since Sunday my Versa was shutting down on it's own.  I'd charge it, it would work for most of the morning, by noon it would stop working.  I'd come home, put it on the charger, the battery life was at zero.   Help!

It started acting weird after the update, maybe it has something to do with it. I don't know 😔

I was wondering the same thing. It was lasting two days consistently until it updated, and now it won't last 12 hours.
