Fitbit Stopped working

Has anyone have issues with Fitbit Versa not working after update?  Fitbit knows of the issue but their only suggestion is to buy a new fitbit?  WTH?  They mandated an update that caused the problem and then they want you to spend another $150 on a product?  This does not ease my feeling about purchasing another fitbit product.

This has just happened to me also. It was working perfectly yesterday. Now nothing. Have done all troubleshooting suggested.

Holy crap, that's awful. If that's their solution I'm gonna fight them with a BBB complaint and never buy a single product from them again.

 

Just to clarify: Is yours shutting down a minute after being unplugged from the charger too or is it another issue?
