Versa doesn't provide the correct GPS data and map

Hi all,

 

When i have walked a route with GPS through my phone i get an great map on the fitbit app.

 

since a few days when i want to share this map it gives a view of a worldmap instead of a map from where i walked.

 

Can someone help to get this right again?

Hi @Fitpapa74, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't show the map from where you walked.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, make sure that your phone has the mos recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device and it also includes some troubleshooting steps for you to try in case the issue persists.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if it provides correct GPS data.
