I'm using a Fitbit Versa with oppo F7 youth. i use the glance watch face to monitor my blood glucose, but the watch gets disconnected and i have to resync it to get it connected again. however, I receive all other notifications from my phone whether I'm connected to the wifi or not except for my Blood sugar coming from the xdrip app using the Glance watchface

Welcome to the Community Forums @Layal2020! I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the steps you've tried so far in order to solve the syncing issue between your Versa and your Oppo F7.
I'm afraid to mention that the reason why your Versa may be not syncing to your Oppo F7 is because this phone model is not yet included in our list of supported devices. You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
However, I'd recommend trying the following steps provided in the help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
Note that your phone must be within 30 feet of your Fitbit device to transmit the notification.
