Versa doesn't show sleep data

My tracker isn't showing my sleep data as it always did. It's on the app, but not the device. Please fix this.

Hi @Kmadden, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not showing your sleep data.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, check out this help page, which explains how you can view your sleep data on your device. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 2 days and see if it shows your sleep information.
