Versa doesn't show the time properly

My always on display does not show the correct time. The minutes are correct, but instead of showing the hour, it just shows a “0” instead. For example:

  • If the time was 9:12pm, my watch shows “0:12”
  • If the time was 4:29am, my watch shows “0:29”

It started doing this hours after I opened it up brand new and got everything set up, how do I fix this?

Regarding the wrong time that your Versa's display is showing, I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, sync your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
