Versa's side button and screen stopped working

I am having issues with the side button not working and the screen isn't responding half the time. How do I fix this?

Hi @Vrichey, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

Please use a toothpick around the button in order to remove any dust and moisture that may be affecting the functionality of the button. After this, restart your watch as described in this help article and see if the display responds and works properly.
