My Versa never stays synced and is always behind on time, days even. I have done everything from restarts, uninstalling everything, even the app. Several times. At this point I’m over it and I am switching unless someone knows how to keep this from happening. In my Bluetooth settings it won’t connect after it connected this am after going through the lengthy uninstall and restart everything process. No other Bluetooth devices are connected. My guess is maybe using another Bluetooth device throughout the day, even though it didn’t connect to my phone or leaving WiFi makes this happen. But I haven’t even left my WiFi at my house since reconnected and getting it to sync this am, so I am thinking it’s not the latter. Any ideas or is time to switch to a new brand? I haven’t even had this a year.

This forum is filling up with problems like yours. My Versa Lite stopped syncing yesterday and nothing I do seems to help with it. Seems suspiciously like a software bug.
