Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your miles or distance. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Best AnswerI shut it down and restarted it is still off a mile and it doesn't always track my heartbeat when I'm working out
