Hi @Gmonty4, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your distance properly.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your miles or distance. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I shut it down and restarted it is still off a mile and it doesn't always track my heartbeat when I'm working out

Hi @Gmonty4, thank you for getting back. Since you mentioned that the miles and heart rate tracking issues are still occurring, I'd like you to try one more workaround which has been helpful for this type of issues.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch and see if it tracks your miles and heart rate accurately

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your response. I bought a Fitbit charge 4. But now I'm having
issues with it calculating miles correctly as well. Fitbit Said they are
aware of the issue. Sadly, I may not buy another Fitbit again, it's
frustrating
