Versa Heart Rate Sensor Not working

Hi all - My heart rate sensor on my Fitbit Versa has stopped working. It has the hear symbol and - beside it. 

 

I have read through the community page and tried all the options listed. Here is what I have tried thus far:

1) Checking that Heart Rate is ticked on my Versa and Fitbit App. Both is yes. Toggled between on/off and restarted/synced.

2) Switched of heart rate on the Versa. Rebooted 3 times - switched it back on, synced and restarted. Still nothing. 

 

The green light at the back doesn't show the green signal either. Anyone have any ideas or someone I can speak to assist? It has been 24hrs since I have noticed. 

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same issue as you are having with your sensor. I've tried the same things as you to hopefully reboot it, but it isn't working.

I’ve been having this issue now for about a week. I’ve followed all the recommended steps from the community pages and the same things you’ve tried as well. Still no green sensor light 😕

UPDATE

 

The green light sensor came on after a day but the heart rate sensor was incorrect. Recorded a resting heart rate of 154BPM when usually I'm at 65BPM.

 

The sensor went off again for about 12 hrs and is now back on. Again the sensor is incorrect. Currently resting on the couch and it's showing my BPM as 146BPM.

 

Any help would be great.

Watch out this sounds like

my versa and now my versa screen doesn’t work and Fitbit won’t help me contact Fitbit support before you can’t get it fixed and they ask you to buy a new one.

UPDATE 

My screen has stopped working now. It's just black,.  Any ideas on who I can contact?

 

Seems like FITBIT won't help.

I hope someone will get a quick solution to this issue.....even the green light at the back of my Versa 2 is not working.....its been 2 days now, please help

My heart rate is showing 2958 bpm at this stage.!!!! But the green light at the back is still off

Hi, I’m having the same issue. The green light is off for a week now. Initially I switched it off - synced - then ticked hear rate - synced and it came back on. Did this for 2 days and now the green light is totally off and no heat rate even after multiple trials. 

can FITBIT support pls assist?
