I believe i have Versa which does not turn on at all. Any help is appreciated.
As per app on my phone, below is the known information:
1. Firmware Version : 32.71.6.19
2. Last synced: Jan 19
3. Visual Inspection : No light lit up on watch ( sensor) or no display on the front face at all.
Things tried so far:
1. Plugged in the watch to usb charger ( wall & plug) , shows no activity at all. Do not have spare usb charger to rule out that the charger itself is faulty.
2. Cleaned charging points with alcohol, hoping to see difference but no luck yet.
Any suggestion advice is welcomed.

I have the same issue. My Versa 2 completely died on me a few hours ago and won't turn on. I plugged in the watch to usb charger like this author and it showed no activity. I have only had this fitbit since May 2020.
I would welcome any suggestions.
Thanks

HI, If you did a factory reset that can often kill the watch.
Best to try charging using a computer port because you can listen for the detection of a new device.
If you don' get the sound it may be dead or not making a good connection.
However you should get a battery level display when pressing the button, even if its just 0%
Sometimes the screen goes faulty so it is working but the screen is blank - to test for this, charge it from the computer for 2 hours, then try a sync in the Fitbit App.
If it syncs the screen is probably faulty, but may be changing the clock face [from the Fitbit App] will revive it, in case its a clock face issue, if it doesn't sync then the watch may be dead.
If its still under warranty you can always get it replaced where you bought it, failing that
probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
