My versa is exaggerating my calories 

the other day it counted 17000 calories

This can happen if one or more of your profile settings for age, height, weight etc are set incorrectly. It's worth a quick check on yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

 

Is it just the calories that are wrong or is your step count looking too high as well? (if the steps are too high it will lead to calories being too high)

I don’t think so I have had since it came out and only started to develop problems now

I don’t think so I’ve had it since it came out and i didn’t change any settings lately and it only started to trouble me now
