Head over to pg. 68 and it will show you how to do a restart. Hope this helps your tracker.

Thanks. I’ve done that already and it still hasn’t helped. I actually talked to a Fitbit representative and this watch doesn’t really work all that great. So far not happy about it cause I preferred it over apple at first now second guessing.

No my new watch is not fixed and I will be returning it. Very disappointed in product.
