Versa exercises pausing themselves

whenever I have a personal training session or vigorous aqua session, my Versa pauses itself and I don't have any record of the session. Is they anyway to stop the two soft buttons on the right hand side of the device. Also has anyone else had this issue?

Hey @kimtmg, it's great to see you here.

Are you making sure to not touching your watch's screen? Since if you are, this might be causing the pausing issue. Keep in mind that you can always manually log your exercise if they are being paused and you can restart your watch.
