Versa experiences Bluetooth/Syncing issues

Hi

My Versa has suddenly stopped synchronisation with my phone and I no longer get notified of phone calls or text messages.

I have checked software is up to date, restarted both the phone and Fitbit and have repaired the Bluetooth.

Any more ideas?

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help artice. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
