The screen on fitbit versa keeps going off. Right now it is flickering and very pixelated. Tried doing a factory reset. Updated it to the latest firmware. The problem still persists.

@Adityadas welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen is flickering and pixelated. Thank you for trying a factory reset and updating the firmware before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party one and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I restarted the versa, as described by you. I am using the default clock
face developed by FItbit not a third party one.

None of it was of any help.
The screen is getting worse day by day. It's slowly becoming very unusable.

Thank you @JuanJoFitbit ,I received an email from your support team. It wasn't really helpful they asked me to restore it to factory settings which I had already done. Yet I tried doing it again, but to no avail.

The fitibit isnt working properly anymore. Even the battery doesnt last more than 2-3 hours. Earlier it used to last more than 3 days.

I had the same issue happen with my Versa. It all of a sudden started having screen issues with the flickering and pixelated screen. I immediately reached out to customer support but they told me my Versa was no longer under warranty and offered me 25% off their older models of trackers. I am very disappointed this happened and I’m strongly considering switching to another company even though I’ve used Fitbit products for six years now. These expensive products need to last longer than 18 months.

@Danielle572, thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response.

I'm also sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from them date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.
