Versa experiencing Bluetooth connection issues

I keep getting a message telling me my Bluetooth is not connecting to my Versa.

I have  done everything it suggests, I’ve also forgotten my device, restarted my versa etc etc more than 5 times now. 
Any suggestions, Bluetooth is working on my other devices. I’ve even taken them off just in case. Help please.

I would like to follow up and help you with the Bluetooth connection issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing with your phone. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Thank you for your response. I have an iPhone 7 Plus. I’ve deleted my app recently, removed my device from both the Fitbit App and Bluetooth. It’s only happened once since. I’ve restarted my versa by holding the left button & bottom right button a couple of times to see if this would help.
I’ll keep my fingers crossed everything I’ve done has resolved the issue.

I too am having the same issue. Different phone, mine is a Google pixel 4. Have gone through all the steps to work out this issue, more than once. My blue tooth says that my Fitbit has the wrong pin or ID number. Tried to force stop, uninstall, restart, turn it off and on again and again still nothing.  It keeps losing time as well. It is now 5hours behind. This is frustrating because it is only 8 months old it! 

PLEASE HELP!!! I use the alarms to help me remember to take my meds. Really need it to work properly!

Having same issue. I’ve rebooted my modem, shut off my Versa, uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit App. I’ve tried connecting Bluetooth with Versa and it won’t connect but everything else on Bluetooth does. Only syncs one or two times a day.  
posted my syncing problems yesterday, and was asked what phone I have and after I answered I got no response.
