Hi I needed to do a factory reset today and now I've been unable to restart devise, its been stuck at 1% for hours. I've tried everything, app reset, Bluetooth, turning the phone off etc please help its driving me mad.

Regarding the restart issues that your Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

How did you fix this? Mine restarted and I have never been able to get it to sync again. The app says 98%, but the watch itself goes back to the language screen.

Hello after a frustrating 24hours of trying to resolve I had to contact customer service and was issued with a replacement. I attempted to do the sync via my laptop but still didn't work. Sorry I know the answer doesn't solve the problem
