Versa experiencing syncing, battery and screen issues

My battery used to last about 4 days.  It now barely lasts a day.  I also keep getting a weird buzz then screen turns gray.  Heart monitor no longer operates and it no longer syncs to my phone.  It also gets stuck on one screen and will not respond.  Pretty useless at this point.  Help please I really can't afford to replace this and I've only had for less than a year.

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page. These steps are helpful for syncing issues.

 

Finally, regarding the heart rate issues, please follow the workaround advised in this help article and let me know if the issues get fixed.

tried everything you suggested, it won't even do an update or a restart no longer does heart monitor, it tried updating for almost 2 hours, did a restart, tried again, it still does not work, its just a useless watch now.
