Versa face coming off

Has this happened to anyone else? I tried popping it back in, but it won't stay. Just a few months past the one-year warranty too. 😞

Can I just check that you are not in Europe - the warranty is 2 years there

That's a shame. It might still be worth contacting customer support though in case they can help in any other way. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com

Exact same thing happened to mine.  Approximately  2 months after the warranty was over.

Do what I did, switch to Garmin!

Thanks for the information. What Garmin did you like? I am not very familiar with the Garmin. I likes the functionality of the versa but they are too expensive if it doesn’t last but a year. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I got the Garmin Fenix 6S because it does absolutely everything and is very
attractive. I liked the look of the Versa. There are less expensive Garmin
models as well, and in hindsight, this watch does more than I need, but I
still love it. Garmins are way more durable in construction and also more
accurate in GPS, pacing, etc. Good luck!
