I have over 10,000 steps on my watch , only 243 showing up on my iPhone?

mine just stopped syncing yesterday afternoon and doesn't seem to want to connect at all now. Not sure how to fix it, but nothing i'm finding here has been helpful... hope you find something that helps

After I cussed it enough it started working again. The same thing happened yesterday too. My steps didn’t show up until after 9 last night
