I never wear my Versa in the shower even though it's supposed to be submersible for swimming. I am running the Seattle Rock N Roll Half Marathon tomorrow morning and this happened when I got our of the shower tonight. The Versa doesn't seem to be the same high quality as the Ionic. I purchased the special edition rose gold version for $229.99 and it arrived on 6/18/18. I'm still within warranty. Please help!

The first step in making a warranty claim is to contact customer support via the following link: contact.fitbit.com
Hopefully the warranty runs from the time it was delivered rather than the time it was ordered / shipped!
