Versa face falling out during a swim

During a swim yesterday, not in the pool for more than about 5 minutes the face of my versa popped out of the casing revealing the inner parts. Anyone else have this issue?

Happened to me.  My Versa 1 was about a year and a half old.  Warning though - If you plan on getting a Versa 2, they removed the ability to track your swim laps from the watch.  That's right - they downgraded the functionality on the upgraded watch.  You have to wait and sync to your phone to see your progress.  I finally gave up and got an Apple Watch after trying to get some response from Fitbit.  They've put their heads in the sand on this issue.

On the flip side, I got an Apple Watch 3 for the same price.  I don't need all its functions, but it does the swim tracking exceedingly well.

So I assume that they will not replace or compensate for the issue even though the watch is ok to be worn during water activity

Have a great day.

Hi

Does the Apple watch sync with Android or does it work only with IpHones ?
