I was at work today and as I'm walking down the hall to the locker room, and the face on my versa pops up and it's only being held on by an inch to an inch and a half copper piece. I can actually see the inner workings of my Fitbit. I love my Versa, and would hate to spend another $250 on another on. I've tried to attach pics to show more detail, but I think the site and my Note 9 aren't cooperating together.
I've actually just hit my year mark last month so I know my warranty is up. Would anyone be able to recommend a place that fixes this issue?? I live in Las Vegas if that helps any.

It's great to know you love your Versa. I appreciate your efforts to provide photos of the issue with your device's face. Thank you for trying to resolve it by yourself. Fitbit doesn't have any physical repair centers, however upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
