So the saga with Fitbit watches continues. Not sure why they continue to make inferior watches. Maybe I got a bad batch (twice, hard to really believe it).
Previously my Versa would not keep a charge for more than a couple hours. Of course it was just past its warranty period (same thing happened to my charge2, coincidence?). Fitbits solution - 20% off another purchase/
Now my Versa's screen fell off. Yes you read it right, it fell off. I work in an office so no strenuous activity, just sits on my wrist. Well a couple days ago I look to see what time it is and there is no screen. I found it on the floor. You would think they would make products that last more than 12 months.
A case has been opened but I know all I will get is the standard company response of 20% off another product.
