Versa firmware not updating

Hello trying to figure my Versa out, I’ve had it for about 5 days now and the only day It worked pretty good was the first day I got it. I have been trying to update the firmware that my watch requested. I have followed all the tips given from others and from some of the Fitbit experts and to my dismay nothing has worked sorry one thing did happen it finally synced but firmware still not updated so I can’t even use my Fitbit not very happy with this product, I was very excited to get my Fitbit but now just disappointed that I have to do so much just to be able to use it. Thinking about returning the Fitbit and paying more for an Apple Watch and save time. I have read from other threads that this seem to be something common with this Fitbit model and happens often.  Not a happy customer.

Hi. maybe this guide I wrote might be helpful for you: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t.... The difference is that my guide uses WiFi to update instead of BT. Hope this works for you!
