Received notice that there is a firmware update for my Versa. Logged into Fitbit on computer. Attempted to run the update and it won't find my tracker. Versa on charger phone laying beside it. Versa synced when logging in but update won't run because it won't find my tracker. Now what?

If you have been with Fitbit since 2014, you must have been through firmware updates before, I imagine.
But I don't get logging into computer for it. I just notice on phone app that there is an update, and tap the button to do it, nothing about logging into computer.
