Versa flashing Fitbit logo

Not sure what's happening. It worked fine yesterday but last night I put it in the dock to charge and within a minute or so I noticed the room was lit and when I looked over I saw the Fitbit logo on the screen. It randomly flashed but never went out. It's the same this morning. I'm looking through forums and don't see anything on how to fix it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks

I’m having a similar issue. Mine turned off last night even though battery should have been fine. It seemed to be okay after a charge but I just noticed it was displaying the logo a bit ago and now I can’t get it to do anything else.

Mine is less than a year old. I called Fitbit support and they walked me through everything that I already tried. Nothing worked so they sent me a link for a complimentary replacement.
