Versa flashing screen

My Versa screen keeps flashing and I don't know how to resolve it. Any ideas?

Have you tried to restart your watch? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Hi,
I have tried restarting the Fitbit several times and also tried shutdown several times but neither of these options has resolved the situation. The Fitbit screen is still flashing.
What else can be done to resolve it?
