Versa flicking through different screens

So today randomly my versa kept vibrating and the screen just seems to be flicking through all the different screens and wouldn't stop. I took my fitbit off charge this morning and it's already down to 16% and I have been sat still pretty much all day so haven't needed to track anything.

Thanks for bringing this t our attention and for the details that were shared. To fix this uncommon situation, please restart your Versa following the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
